Please read these alongside any results you see from DentistOpFlow or the Practice Cost Evaluator.

Directional estimates, not advice

The Practice Cost Evaluator and all figures it produces are industry-benchmark estimates intended for directional guidance only. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and they are not a substitute for professional judgment specific to your practice.

Benchmark assumptions

Cost models use general industry benchmarks: average overhead, operating cost per chair hour, typical fees and chair times. Your real numbers will differ. Every input in the tool is editable, and you should validate results against your own data before acting on them.

No guarantee of outcomes

Nothing here is a promise of savings, revenue, profitability, or any particular result. Decisions about your fees, costs, and operations remain entirely your own.

Your email & privacy

If you share your email with us (through the free evaluator or the founding-pilot form), here is exactly what that means.

What we collect: Your email address, and for the pilot optionally your practice name and role. Nothing more, and never any patient information.
Why we collect it: To follow up with you about DentistOpFlow: the founding pilot, early access, and product updates. That is the only purpose.
How we use it: We contact you about the product. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Where it is stored: In our access-controlled database hosted in Canada, protected by encryption and row-level security, and handled by our database and hosting providers solely to operate the service.
Your choices: opt out and deletion: You can unsubscribe and ask us to delete your information at any time. Email contact@dentistopflow.com and we will remove you promptly.

Separately, the DentistOpFlow product itself stores only two email addresses: the practice principal and administrator. Your practice's operational and financial data always stays with you, on your own cloud or local storage; we don't take custody of it, and the only thing that ever leaves your practice is a watermarked, authenticated report you send yourself, whose authenticity cannot be forged or altered without detection.

A full privacy policy will be published before public launch.

Intellectual property

DentistOpFlow and its cost-intelligence methods are patent pending. The DentistOpFlow name and logo are marks of the company. Content on this site may not be reproduced without permission.

A product in development

DentistOpFlow is in active development. Features, security controls, and pricing described on this site may change, and some are planned rather than complete. We aim to be clear about what is available versus on the roadmap.
