Security isn't a feature we bolted on; it shapes the product. The biggest decisions we made are about what we never keep.
DentistOpFlow is designed so your operational and financial data (costs, fees, equipment, margins) stays on your own cloud or local storage. The only data we ever keep is two email addresses: the practice principal and the administrator, so we can provide access and reach you. We never collect patient health information at all, and the only thing that leaves your practice is a report you choose to send.
DentistOpFlow keeps just two things: the email addresses of the practice principal and the administrator, used for access and to reach you. Your costs, fees, equipment and margins never come to us; they stay in your own cloud or local storage.
We never collect or store patient health information. That removes an entire category of regulatory risk from your practice by design.
When you need to share (with a lender, insurer, or advisor), DentistOpFlow produces a watermarked report that you print or email yourself. Its authenticity is protected and verifiable: any alteration is detectable, so the authentication on a report cannot be forged or quietly changed, and a recipient can trust that an authenticated copy is genuine. Only an authenticated copy ever leaves your practice, and only by your hand.
Role-based, default-deny disclosure means people see only what their role should: owners, associates, and staff each get the right view, and access is logged.
Anything that moves is encrypted in transit, and accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication, so a stolen password alone is never enough.
We are building toward a formal third-party security review ahead of paid launch, followed by a SOC 2 track. We'll say what is in progress versus complete; we don't claim certifications we don't yet hold.
The cost-intelligence methods at the core of DentistOpFlow are patent pending, protecting both the product and the practices that rely on it.
This page describes the data and security model planned for a product in active development. It is a summary, not a contractual commitment or a substitute for the formal third-party review scheduled prior to launch. Specifics may change as the product matures. Separately, if you give us your contact email through this site, we store that email to follow up with you. See our disclaimers for details.
