Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DentistOpFlow. Please read them carefully.

Effective date: July 20, 2026

1. About these terms

DentistOpFlow is operated by MarkR Management Inc. ("MarkR", "we", "us"). By creating an account, activating access, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the dental practice you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

DentistOpFlow is subscription software that helps dental practices estimate the cost and margin of the procedures they perform. It is provided for business and professional use by dental practices and their staff. Features described on this site may change as the product develops.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep your login credentials and any multi-factor authentication secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Access before billing

New practices may be given access to the service before subscription billing begins, and we do not require payment details to create an account. This pre-billing access is provided at our discretion, and we may modify, limit, or end it at any time. Once billing is activated for your account, continued use requires a paid subscription at the prices shown on our pricing page.

5. Subscriptions, pricing, and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly for each licensed practice location, at the prices shown on our pricing page. DentistOpFlow is provided by MarkR Management Inc. Your order and payment are handled by Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe's Merchant of Record service, which is the Merchant of Record for your purchase; your purchase is therefore also subject to Stripe's buyer terms and conditions. Applicable sales tax, GST, or HST is calculated based on your location, added at checkout, and collected and remitted by Stripe Managed Payments as Merchant of Record. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are not seen or stored by us. Prices are charged in Canadian or United States dollars. Subscriptions are currently available to practices in Canada and the United States only.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which no further charges are made. Cancellation and refund handling are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, not to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense it, not to attempt to access another customer's account or data, and not to access the service to build or assist a competing product. Accounts created under false pretenses or to misappropriate our methods may be suspended.

8. Your practice data

DentistOpFlow uses a bring-your-own-storage model. Your practice's operational and financial data, and any employee or dentist names you enter, stay in your own storage (a file you control or your own cloud drive). We do not take custody of that data. On our servers we store only account metadata: your account email, practice name, number of licensed locations, and account or subscription status. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your practice data.

9. Intellectual property

DentistOpFlow, including its multi-vendor cost-intelligence methods (patent pending), and the DentistOpFlow name and logo, are owned by MarkR. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. All other rights are reserved.

10. No professional advice

DentistOpFlow produces estimates and operational figures for guidance only. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and they are not a substitute for professional judgment specific to your practice.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, MarkR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for unlawful use, or as needed to protect the service or other customers. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which MarkR Management Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that province have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
